Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am in network with Capital Health Plan and United Healthcare. I am also able to offer itemized receipts for clients who wish to pay the self pay fee and independently file for reimbursement from their insurance company with whom I am not in network.

How much does it cost if I want to pay out of pocket?

Self-pay sessions allow us the freedom to tailor your treatment without the restrictions that are sometimes in place through insurance. My session fee is $120.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, I do offer video sessions as a part of or for all of your treatment. If you are using insurance, you will need to verify that your plan lists virtual sessions/video telehealth as a covered benefit, not all plans do. Due to licensing regulations you must be in the State of Florida for the duration of our session.

What days and times are you available?

I currently have sessions Monday-Thursday from 8:00am to 3:00pm, on Friday's I have sessions from 8:00am to noon.

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, FSA/HSA)

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first time meeting a new therapist can be a little nerve wracking. We will start by quickly going over your intake paperwork and I'll answer any questions you might have off the top of your head about me or the therapeutic process. I will want to hear from you about what brought you into my office, and as you might expect, I'll have some questions about things like current stressors and family history. We will end by discussing your goals for therapy and developing our plan for moving forward.
