I offer individual and couple’s therapy for adults seeking growth or change in their life. I have a wide range of experience and take special interest in working in the areas of marital and family conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ concerns. I take an integrative approach to therapy utilizing aspects of narrative, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and family systems theories. It is important to find the right fit when seeking a therapist. My presence is warm, authentic, and relaxed and I value the opportunity to develop a trusting relationship with my clients. A supportive and respectful therapeutic relationship can be the perfect catalyst for growth and change. Through a guided and collaborative approach, we can discover why we fall into the same patterns, often reliving past hurts, and develop practical strategies for choosing to live life differently. By exploring vulnerability, engaging boundaries, and tapping in to our creative, authentic selves, lasting change can occur.
